New Delhi: Apollo Tyres has announced the resignation of Vikram Garga, Group Head of Marketing (APMEA), a senior management personnel, effective from the close of business hours on March 31, 2024, citing personal reasons.

The departure of Garga signifies a major change within Apollo Tyres' leadership team. As per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has disclosed the necessary details in Annexure A, with Garga's resignation letter enclosed as Annexure B.

The resignation prompts Apollo Tyres to initiate the search for a suitable successor to ensure a seamless transition and maintain operational continuity. The company reaffirms its commitment to transparency and regulatory compliance throughout this period of change.
